A characterful mixed practice in Maltby is looking for an Associate Dentist to inherit a ready-made list of up to 4,000 UDAs at £15 per UDA, with genuine, structured support to grow private income from day one. For the right candidate, 2 additional days per week are also available at the group's six-surgery Doncaster practice, giving you flexibility, variety, and the option to build a stronger weekly schedule across two well-resourced sites. What's on Offer £15 per UDA - up to 4,000 UDAs available, target matched to your productivity 55% of private income for your first 12 months whilst you build your list 50/50 lab fee split 2 days available at Maltby practice and 2 days at Doncaster practice.
