What you will be doing
* Ensuring residents always enjoy an excellent,
high‑quality living environment.
* Cleaning all areas of the home to exceptional
standards.
* Maintaining a hazard‑free, safe environment
throughout the premises.
* Upholding consistently high levels of
cleanliness and hygiene.
* Supporting stock management, including ordering, stock-taking, storage, and checking deliveries.
* Assisting in maintaining high standards of
health and safety.
* Preparing communal areas such as lounges and
dining rooms.
* Managing the disposal of refuse and waste.
* Assisting with organising residents’ clothing
for laundry.
* Completing accident reports where required.
* Leading, mentoring, and supervising the
Housekeeping team to ensure excellence.
