Print and design are seeking an enthusiastic & talented graphic designer to join our team delivering exceptional services to our many clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong design background, be able to deal with a challenging workload of daily deadlines and have the ability to work on a variety of projects including digital and print media. Pre‑press knowledge would be advantageous and proficiency in Adobe CC is essential, in particular InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop. The studio is wholly Apple Mac based at Tokenspire Business Park near Beverley within a digital print production facility.
Responsibilities
* Designing a variety of marketing materials, including banners, brochures, flyers, advertisements and social media graphics
* Create and update branded materials
* Ensure design across our different clients adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistency in their visual identity
* Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
* Liaise directly with clients via calls, meetings and emails to determine briefs, send proofs and aid with queries
* Stay updated on latest design trends and industry best practices
Requirements
* Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
* Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset
* Ability to work as part of a team or independently
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Experience with video editing and motion graphics would be advantageous
This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated and focused individual with an essential skillset of exemplary communication and organisational skills. Proof reading accuracy and the ability to produce artwork to set guidelines is essential.
