Location: Bisham Abbey
Working Hours: Casual, Monday to Sunday (Flexible around Events) earliest start 10am, latest finish 12.30am.
Salary: £10 to £12.21 per hour depending on age

- and right now we have an opportunity as we are looking to recruit for Bar / Events Assistants to join our team. Bisham Abbey is one of Sport England`s National Sports Centres and is home to a number of National Governing Bodies of Sport. Bisham Abbey provides excellent facilities to Britain’s leading sports men and women. Bisham Abbey is also a Conferencing and Event Centre, boasting a large number of recently refurbished rooms and outdoor spaces for weddings, corporate events, and team-building days.
As the Bar / Events Assistant your role is to provide hands-on support to the Weddings & Events Supervisor in the efficient coordination and delivery of weddings and various events. This includes assisting with the preparation, execution, and breakdown of events while ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests and visitors.
Our business is aiming to grow its private function numbers and provide customers with a “world class” experience which you can be part of, and you will help in facilitating a safe, fun, and professional working environment.
About you
To be considered for this role, it’s desirable that you have previous experience, however full training will be provided.
You will have a passion for the events and hospitality industry and will be flexible within your schedule to be available for weddings and various events when required, as well as possess good communication skills to confidently assist the smooth running of each event at the Abbey.
Due to serving alcohol we can only consider candidates that are 18+
