We’re looking for a high-performing Advertising Sales and Sponsorships Manager / Director to lead from the front... Someone who can both win business personally and manage a small sales team.
The RoleYou’ll take ownership of advertising revenue across a portfolio of five luxury lifestyle magazines distributed in affluent areas of Central London, alongside sponsorship sales for a series of established, high-profile community awards events.
This is a true player / coach role: you’ll be hands-on with key accounts while managing and motivating two sales executives.
Key Responsibilities
* Personally drive advertising revenue across premium print and associated platforms
* Lead and mentor two sales team members
* Secure high-value sponsorship deals for well-established awards events
* Build and maintain relationships with luxury brands and high-net-worth-focused businesses
* Identify new commercial opportunities and partnerships
About You
* Proven track record in advertising sales, ideally within luxury, property, lifestyle, or media
* Strong experience closing high-value deals and sponsorships
* A natural leader who thrives in a player / coach capacity
* Well-connected or confident engaging with premium brands and decision-makers
* Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and commercially astute
* Fully conversant with CRM systems
