Dutton Recruitment (Sheffield Engineering) are recruiting for: We are looking for a Lead Planner for a permanent position based with our client in Staffordshire. Immediate start available (subject to interview process) Salary is £45,000 per annum (depending on experience) Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and update detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project (advanced level essential) Coordinate with project teams, engineers, and clients to define deliverables and timelines Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies Lead planning workshops and provide regular project reports Support tender and bid processes with fully resourced programmes Mentor junior plannersRequirements 5-7 years' experience in planning/scheduling in engineering (ideally energy, oil & gas, or infrastructure) Advanced knowledge and proven experience using MS Project Experience with Primavera P6 desirable Able to read technical drawings and manage planning for multiple projects Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills Degree in Engineering or Project Management preferredIn the first instance, send CV'S to (url removed) or call the team on (phone number removed) (option 1) for Engineering.
