Job Description:

Activity Stream is the premier marketing automation and audience relationship management platform for live event marketers and venue operators. Our mission is to help our customers create the best live experiences by providing powerful tools to optimize campaigns, harness audience data, and drive ticket sales.

With a relationship-first approach, we empower marketers with AI-driven insights, multichannel campaign execution, and robust integrations—designed to make event marketing as dynamic as the events themselves.

About the Role

We’re seeking a passionate Community and Content Lead to join our marketing team. The role involves elevating our brand’s presence, fostering engagement with live event marketers, and building a thriving community around our brand. It combines content strategy, community collaboration, and thought leadership development to position Activity Stream as the go-to platform for event marketers.

What You’ll Do

Community Engagement & Growth

* Develop and execute engagement programs with content creation, webinars, AMAs, and networking events.
* Build and manage a community of live event marketers via social media, forums, and exclusive groups.
* Gather insights and feedback to influence product and marketing strategies.
* Create compelling content such as videos, podcasts, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.
* Develop and manage a content calendar aligned with brand messaging and industry trends.
* Collaborate with industry influencers and thought leaders for content partnerships.
* Optimize content performance through best practices, A/B testing, and data analysis.

Thought Leadership & Brand Positioning

* Lead development of reports, industry insights, and AI-driven marketing tools to position Activity Stream as an innovator.
* Coordinate with leadership on speaking engagements, panels, and guest articles.
* Maintain a confident, expert, and storytelling-driven brand voice across channels.

What We’re Looking For

* 3-5+ years in content marketing, community management, or digital marketing, preferably in SaaS, tech, or live events.
* A passion for live events and understanding of event marketers’ challenges.
* Strong writing, storytelling, and content creation skills, including video and audio production.
* Ability to analyze content performance and adapt strategies accordingly.
* Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Why Join Activity Stream?

* Be part of an innovative company at the intersection of tech and live events.
* Work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming event marketing.
* Enjoy flexible, remote working options.
* Competitive salary (GBP 35,000-40,000), benefits, and career growth opportunities.
