Role Description
These are full-time remote roles for Senior EDI Sales Executives. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and consulting clients on tailored EDI and supply chain automation solutions. Responsibilities include analysing customer needs, collaborating with technical teams, demonstrating product capabilities, and managing the sales process from lead generation to contract closure.

Strong record of EDI solution sales
* and understanding of EDI systems and processes
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify client needs and craft tailored solutions
* Experience in troubleshooting and resolving client issues effectively
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
* Knowledge of business processes and the ability to align solutions with client objectives
* Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
* Proven sales experience in EDI solution sales and ideally supply chain automation
