More specifically:\nService Delivery:\n * Assist in the management/supervision of the mechanical engineers.\n * Plan C manage the delivery of PPM and reactive maintenance services & service level agreements (SLAs).\n * Manage and coordinate small projects, from initial survey, design & quotation through to completion and handover.\n * Prioritize and allocate resources effectively to meet client needs for all PPM works, reactive works and projects.\n * Monitor and manage the performance of engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and efficiency.\nSite Survey and produce job estimates:\n * Site survey visits to determine the works required.\n * Produce detailed estimates, creating tender documents and formally issuing these to the client.\nProject Management:\n * Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules for small projects.\n * Procure materials and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.\n * Monitor project progress and report on performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).\n * Ensure all projects are completed to the required quality standards and within budget.\nCompliance and Safety:\n * Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety legislation and company policies.\n * Work with our HCS manager to create and issue RAMS etc.\n * Conduct site inspections and risk assessments.\n * Manage and maintain all required certifications and training for self and team.\nFinancial Management:\n * Manage budgets for maintenance activities and small projects.\n * Monitor and control costs, ensuring value for money.\n * Prepare and submit reports & ensure works are invoiced properly\nYou will have\nTo be successful as Mechanical Contracts Supervisor/FM Contracts Engineer, you will have a healthy mix of the following:\n * Proven experience in a facilities management role, with a strong understanding of PPM, reactive maintenance, and small projects.\n * Strong technical knowledge of building services, including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.\n * Excellent project management and organizational skills.\n * Strong leadership and team management skills.\n * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n * Proficiency in using FM software and Microsoft Office Suite.\n * Valid UK driving license.\n * Knowledge of relevant UK legislation and building regulations.\nYou will get\nAs a Mechanical Contracts Supervisor/FM Contracts Engineer, you will enjoy salary of £50K-£55K DOE + Package.\n * Competitive salary circa £50 to £55k commensurate with experience.\n * Company benefits: company vehicle, pension, mobile phone, laptop, life assurance.\nYou can apply\nTo the position of Mechanical Contracts Supervisor/FM Contracts Engineer by pushing the button on this job posting, or by sending your CV in confidence to (url removed)
