Overview
We are seeking an ambitious Marketing Executive to join a growing manufacturing business. This hands‑on role is perfect for a proactive marketer who thrives in a multi‑channel environment and wants to make a real impact. Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for delivering campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Marketing Manager in executing the overall marketing strategy
* Plan and deliver multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including digital, email, and social media
* Manage and optimise website content and functionality using CMS platforms
* Execute SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility
* Plan, implement, and optimise email campaigns and CRM automation
* Create engaging content for blogs, social media, and PR
* Track and report on campaign performance, ROI, and insights for optimisation
About You
* Solid experience in SEO, email marketing, or digital campaigns
* Strong written communication skills; able to translate technical information into clear messaging
* Familiarity with digital platforms, marketing tools, and campaign best practices
* Highly organised, with good attention to detail and project management skills
* Marketing degree or equivalent qualification preferred
Desirable
* Experience managing websites via CMS
* Background in manufacturing or construction industries
