Lift Recruitment are working with a leading manufacturing client, based in South Birmingham, and they are looking for an experienced Health and Safety Officer to join their existing team. This is a permanent role from day 1 and is not agency work. Day to day duties will include: Ensuring all Environmental, Health, Safety and Welfare legislation and procedures are maintained and adhered to by completing site inspections. Maintaining all of the HS&E system requirements which include, accident statistics, risk/COSHH assessments and SSOW. Hours of work/Pay rate: You will be paid between 35,000 and 37,000 per annum, depending on your experience You will be working days Experience: You must hold a NEBOSH qualification. You must have experience of handling administration and documentation control. Similar experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
