You are not scared to take technically detailed content and transform it in to easy-to-understand concepts. You are a team player, who enjoys both working collaboratively and owning your piece of the puzzle. You are curious about the digital learning landscape and are constantly thinking about how you can innovate our products. You have strong attention to detail and always strive to deliver high quality and engaging content.**Day-to-day, you will:**• Work with your team to design clear and engaging learning materials, such as videos, podcasts, and animations • Plan, script, and produce multimedia content that meets the project goals and audience needs • Collaborate with subject experts, contributors, and other creatives to develop accurate and engaging content • Manage the content creation process from start to finish, making sure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard**Your skills and experiences might also include:**• Experience creating digital learning in different formats (e.g., online courses, videos, infographics) • An understanding of learning design principles and an interest in new tools and trends • Strong attention to detail and ability to review work for quality and accuracy • Creativity and willingness to try new ideas to make learning more engagingThe Access Group is one of the largest UK-headquartered providers of business management software to small and mid-sized organisations in the UK, Ireland, USA and Asia Pacific.
