SEN Teacher Stratford-upon-Avon - SEN School
Start Date: After February Half Term 2026 Ongoing
Contract Type: Full Time, term time only
Pay: £139.9 - £239.9 (PAYE no umbrella deductions)
About the role:
justteachers is seeking a passionate and nurturing SEN Teacher to join a specialist SEN school in Stratford-upon-Avon, working within an EYFS class. The school supports pupils with a range of additional needs including Autism (ASC), communication and interaction needs, Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), and complex needs.
This is a full-time role starting after the February half term on an ongoing basis. You will be responsible for delivering a creative, play-based and structured curriculum tailored to meet the individual needs of young learners with EHCPs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of early childhood development and experience supporting pupils with additional needs within an EYFS setting.
Key Requirements:
* Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons in line with the EYFS framework.
* Adapt learning to meet individual EHCP targets and developmental needs.
* Create a safe, nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCO, therapists and external professionals.
* Monitor, assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback to parents and carers.
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS).
* Experience teaching within EYFS (SEN experience desirable).
* Strong understanding of safeguarding and inclusive practice.
* A minimum of two references covering the past two years, including your most recent employer (education-based references preferred).
