We’re looking for a self-driven and proactive Systems Engineer (Level 2–3) with a genuine passion for technology and problem-solving. Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, office hours, with potential weekend and out-of-hours work to support business needs. The successful candidate may be expected to join an on-call rota.

The Role
Participate in the maintenance, monitoring, implementation, and decommissioning of IT systems, including servers, storage, and hardware; and provide professional support and knowledge of Teleperformance systems to internal business units and clients. Submit recommendations for system improvements, including security, to the IT management team and help maintain the optimal operational environment of Teleperformance IT Systems.
Objectives of the role
* Support and improve operational IT systems, implement new solutions, and decommission old ones.
* Provide 2nd - 3rd Line support for IT systems, infrastructure, and Cloud technologies.
* Help design new solutions based on operational requirements.
* Knowledge of IT components such as Windows Server 2016+, AD Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, Azure, GPO, VMWare, Hyper-V (desirable), Exchange, M365, Email & Web Filtering (desired), MECM/Tanium (desired), Veeam Backup, AV solutions (Trend, Falcon CS), Monitoring & DEX platforms (SolarWinds, ControlUp, Splunk), and strong hardware proficiency.
* Secure systems to Cyber Essentials, PCI DSS, and ISO27000 standards through audits, vulnerability scanning, and remediation.
* Create, update, and maintain documentation.
* Assist in migrating, consolidating, and decommissioning legacy systems.
The Ideal Candidate
* At least 3-5 years of IT Systems Team / 3rd Line Infrastructure Support experience.
* Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and support skills.
* Organized, efficient, and able to prioritize tasks and plan own time.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
* Team player driven by success and quality service.
* Experience in a Call Centre environment or similar is advantageous.
Required Skills
* SC clearance or capable of obtaining it is a significant advantage.
* Windows Server 2016+ configuration, administration, and support.
* Hardware support, including racking and un-racking.
* Conditional access knowledge is desirable.
* Experience with other cloud platforms is desirable.
* Experience with Windows Domain Services, DHCP, DNS, Sites & Services.
* Experience with VMware and Hyper-V; other hypervisors are desirable.
* Experience with MECM and Tanium is desirable.
* Experience with Anti-Malware solutions such as Falcon CS.
* Knowledge of system monitoring and centralized logging tools like SolarWinds, Splunk, ControlUp, Chronicle.
* Understanding of Role-Based Access control.
