About the Role As a Senior Strategist, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s thinking and driving meaningful results for our clients. You’ll take ownership of projects from start to finish - crafting inspiring briefs, leading research, and delivering sharp, actionable insights. You’ll work closely with clients, creatives, and media teams, building trusted relationships and elevating the quality of our output. What You’ll Do Lead research and evaluation, briefing partners and interpreting findings to uncover actionable insights. Advise clients on research methodologies and guide them on acting on results. Develop compelling strategies and creative briefs rooted in insight. Present strategic thinking in engaging ways - using frameworks, storytelling, and visual tools. Collaborate across disciplines to ensure strategic alignment and integration. Inspire and support creative teams, championing bold ideas and creative excellence. Build strong relationships with clients, research partners, and internal teams. Contribute to new business pitches and represent the agency externally. Support commercial success through effective scoping and value identification. Take ownership of your professional development and contribute to our learning culture. What We’re Looking For Significant experience (3 - 5 years) in strategy, planning, or insight roles within advertising, marketing, or communications. Proven track record of developing creative briefs, leading strategic workstreams, and influencing creative output. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships. Strong analytical mindset and advanced research skills (qualitative and quantitative). Confident in applying strategic frameworks and models. Creative flair with the ability to inspire and challenge creative teams. Commercial awareness and understanding of agency revenue models. Degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field (marketing, communications, psychology, or social sciences) is desirable. Experience mentoring or supporting junior team members is a plus.
