Finance Assistant
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a modelling agency based in central London who are actively seeking a Finance Assistant to oversee their sales invoicing, credit control and support their finance function.
Duties:
* Preparing/raising sales invoices
* Maintain accurate records of invoices, receipts, and sales orders
* Reconcile bank accounts on a daily basis
* Analysing expenses (mainly model expenses)
* Setting up payments on online banking system
Requirements:
* Previous experience in an accounting or finance role within an agency environment
* Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel
* Excellent communication skills
* High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Salary + other information:
* £30,000 - £35,000
* 5 days in the office
