We need an Administrator to support the ICP Residential team, handling administrative tasks, preparing and managing documentation, ensuring effective programming of work to meet customer and company timescales, and maintaining accurate records. Liaise with customers and build relationships across Utility Solutions.
This role gives you the chance to improve our processes continually.

Key responsibilities
* Provision of administrative support for ICP Residential projects
* Assist in the preparation and management of documentation in accordance with relevant procedures, ensuring accurate records
* Complete DNO and IDNO applications to maintain NERS accreditation
* Ensure work meets customer service levels, taking action to remain within acceptable limits
* Take ownership of complaints and manage them in line with company policy
* Be available for briefings, feedback processes and raise questions to ensure understanding
* Have regular contact with staff at all levels within EUS and other internal and external customers
* Build and maintain good working relationships with staff within EUS and other business streams
* Deal with local councils and authorities to secure section 50 applications for ICP project delivery
* Use SAP online system for purchase order creation and invoice processing
What we need from you
* Previous administrative experience with a desire to help customers and meet their needs
* Working knowledge of customer service and guarantees of service requirements
* Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills, able to take a confident and diplomatic approach with staff, colleagues and customers
* Organisational skills, able to prioritise and schedule workload to meet deadlines
* Numerical and analytical skills, able to interpret data and produce clear, logical reports
* Working knowledge of PC-based computer systems and ability to adapt quickly to system changes
* Logical problem‑solving skills, using relevant information to identify solutions and take accountability for delivering outcomes

* An understanding of EIS Utility Solutions
