We are working with a global consulting firm in London that is looking to hire a Director to help lead and grow its regulatory, risk and controls advisory capability across banking and capital markets clients. This is a newly created role, driven by continued growth and strong demand in this area. This is a senior advisory position and the successful candidate will bring strong experience advising banking clients across a broad range of non-financial risk and compliance topics. The role will involve leading complex transformation programmes, building long term client relationships, and supporting the continued growth of the practice through both delivery and business development. This role is based in the City of London and is offering a base of circa £145,000 bonus and excellent benefits What they are looking for: Strong advisory background, ideally from a Big Four or similar consulting environment, with extensive experience supporting banking or investment banking clients across non-financial risk, compliance and controls Proven experience leading large scale regulatory and risk transformation programmes Exposure to modern tools and approaches that support industry challenges, including automation, process simplification, cost reduction and regulatory easing initiatives Strong understanding of operational resilience, trading controls, market conduct and regulatory remediation activity Demonstrated track record of building senior stakeholder relationships and originating new client work Experience leading teams and developing high performing consulting talent Commercial mindset with strong ownership of delivery and stakeholder management If you are operating at Director level and have a strong consulting background within banking risk and compliance, please apply in the first instance with an up to date CV for review.
