Grade/Salary: Grade 5 (SCP 17-22) £31,022–£33,699 per annum plus a time and a third enhancement for night working following a rota pattern including weekends.
Working Pattern: Full-time waking night on a shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays

About The White House
The White House is a bespoke care home located on the boundary between Sunderland and South Tyneside. It has been created to provide a safe, nurturing environment for four children aged 11–17 who have complex needs arising from emotional and mental health difficulties and trauma.
This unique service will care for:
* Two children from Sunderland
* Two children from South Tyneside

We’re looking for someone who is:

Key Responsibilities
* Providing a reassuring presence and responding appropriately to children during the night
* Supporting children who may wake distressed or dysregulated
* Monitoring the home to maintain a safe and secure environment
* Following individual care plans, risk assessments, and behaviour support plans
* Assisting with bedtime and morning routines
* Completing clear, accurate night logs and incident reports
* Carrying out domestic and housekeeping tasks to support the daily running of the home
* Working closely with day staff to ensure continuity of care and effective handovers
