We are seeking a full-time Warehouse Operator with a positive attitude to work at our Enfield Distribution Centre. The role is Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Main responsibilities include picking stock to meet customer orders, forklift and manual loading of delivery vehicles, stock and inventory rotation, and monitoring. The successful candidate will also move HR and MR delivery vehicles around the Enfield facility.
This secure position offers the opportunity to work with a friendly team in a challenging role. Responsibilities include:
* Operating a forklift, including unloading vehicles and containers
* Stock rotation
* Order picking
* Inventory counts and stocktaking
* Documentation and record keeping
* GMP, quality, safety, and hygiene control
* Manual handling and stacking of finished products
* Manual truck loading
* Monitoring and reducing waste
Key requirements:
* Valid MR or higher heavy vehicle driver's license (essential)
* Current forklift license (essential)
* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions closely
* Focus on safety, quality, and hygiene compliance
* Focus on achieving production targets and efficiency
* Troubleshooting skills and initiative
* Knowledge of Transport Chain of Responsibility principles
* Experience in FMCG manufacturing preferred but not essential
* Availability to work public holidays and occasional overtime
* Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
