What You'll Do:
As a Technical Incident Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
Leading incident management processes, ensuring rapid resolution of technical issues.
Collaborating with IT teams to troubleshoot and restore services effectively.
analysing incident trends to identify opportunities for improvement and proactive measures.
Communicating with stakeholders during incidents to provide updates and manage expectations.
Developing and maintaining documentation related to incidents and resolutions.What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in incident management within a technical environment, preferably in financial services or insurance.
Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - keeping everyone informed is key!
