The Role
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for a Senior Production Manager to join their growing events team. This role covers every element of Event Production, from taking the initial client brief through to managing the client relationship and then overseeing everything coming together on-site. This is a broad role where the Senior Production Manager will use all of their event and project management skills and experience, including:
* Translating client briefs and creative concepts into practical production plans.
* End-to-end project management of experiential campaigns.
* Managing complex logistics including technical production, build/fabrication, and on-site operations.
* Working closely with in-house teams including creative, design, and account management.
* Briefing and managing external suppliers and high-level stakeholders.
* Managing budgets, forecasting, cost control, and margin protection.
* On-site project management, ensuring quality control and smooth delivery under pressure.
* Leading and developing junior and mid-level production team members.
* Embedding sustainability as a core decision-making principle in every stage of production.
The Candidate
Candidates should ideally be working in a similar role as a Senior Production Manager for an event or experiential agency delivering high-budget, multi-layered projects. Candidates from other project management backgrounds such as exhibition design, retail build, or temporary structures may also be considered.
Deep technical expertise across AV, fabrication, scenic construction, and CAD is essential for this position. You must be highly organized, detail-focused, and calm under pressure while managing multiple complex projects. A strong command of health and safety, compliance, and industry best practice is expected.
