As a Junior Brand Designer, youll play an important role within my clients Design Team, supporting the creation and delivery of design projects across branding, digital, print, and in-store communications. Working closely with the Brand Design Manager, youll help bring retail campaigns, promotions, seasonal activity, and brand initiatives to life while ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Supporting the development of creative concepts for retail campaigns and promotions
* Creating artwork across print, digital, and in-store channels
* Contributing to branding and logo design projects from concept through to final delivery
* Producing creative assets for websites, email campaigns, and social media
* Creating and editing motion graphics for digital marketing activity
* Collaborating with the wider team to deliver projects on time and to brief
What Were Looking For:
* Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
* 1–2 years experience in a graphic design role (agency or in-house)
* Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, print, and creative design work
* Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects
* Excellent attention to detail and artwork production skills
* Strong understanding of typography, layout, and visual storytelling
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn and develop
Bonus Points For:
* Motion graphics and animation experience
* Knowledge of print production processes
* Experience creating logos and brand identities
* Retail or food sector experience
* Campaign, event, or promotional design experience
* Photoshop retouching skills
