Mondrian Delta is working exclusively with a multi-billion AUM hedge fund launching their internal Alpha Capture platform.
The firm has a well established Equity Long/Short platform coupled with best-in-class quantitative infrastrucutre and is looking to combine the two through a new vehicle. This is a unique opportunity to build a high-impact capability inside a top-tier fund — with full backing from senior investment and direct exposure to the Chief Investment Officer.
We are looking for individuals who have the capability to:
* Build and establish a best-in-class Alpha Capture platform, with the capacity to scale the invesmtent enigint to capitalise on single-stock investment ideas from the sell-side desks and buy-side investors alike.
* Collaborate directly with investors across the platform, across discretionary and quantamental teams.
* Evaluate and Prioritise: Build frameworks to track, rate, and rank ideas by performance, horizon, conviction, and consistency.
We're looking for individuals with:
* 5–10+ years in alpha capture, single-stock equities, or sellside idea strategy — ideally in a multi-manager or top-tier hedge fund environment.
* Deep understanding of equity markets and idea monetisation workflows.
* Familiarity with tools like TIM, Adapar, or Novus, or a desire to build best-in-class internally.
* Highly analytical with excellent market instincts and external relationship management skills.
