PE Global is recruiting Junior Software Engineers for our pharma client based in Wrexham. There are multiple positions available. This is an initial 12-month contract and the rate for this role is £28.89 PAYE p/hour.
This role is hybrid working 3 days onsite and 2 days from home.
Responsibilities
* Deploying scripts, updates and fixes.
* Deploy applications via automation with configuration management tools.
* Input and upload translations.
* Verify all updates
* Carry out testing and as required
* Complete all relevant GxP documentation.
Qualifications
* 1+ of software engineering or software development experience with one or more relevant technologies OR a relevant computer science degree.
* Learning experience using one or more of the following languages: Java, Javascript, ReactNative on personal projects.
* Bachelor degree in computer science or engineering degree is preferred but not required.
* Engineering mindset and problem solving skills, with focus on testing, are required.
* Understanding of JSON file format
* Demonstrable understanding of best practices in software engineering, including testing
* Familiarity with Git Branching and versioning strategy
* Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
