The Role: As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with students who require additional support, helping them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential. You will work both one-to-one and in small group settings, under the guidance of the SENCo and class teachers. Your role will involve building positive relationships, promoting engagement, and adapting support strategies to meet individual learning and emotional needs.
