Job Title: Interior Designer – Residential Projects
Location: Colchester, Essex CO5 (Hybrid)
Type: Full-Time
Salary: £40,000 to £45,000
We’re looking for an experienced Interior Designer to lead the design and delivery of high-quality residential projects, including show homes and amenity spaces. You’ll take projects from concept through to completion, creating compelling client presentations and ensuring smooth, on-time delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead residential interior design projects from brief to completion
* Develop and present design concepts to clients, both virtually and in person
* Collaborate with the Head of Design and Creative Director on innovation and design direction
* Oversee procurement, budgeting, and supplier coordination
* Conduct site visits with the Project Manager to ensure quality and design integrity
* Mentor junior designers and help foster a collaborative, growth-focused team
What You’ll Bring
* BA in Interior Design or related field
* 3–5+ years’ experience in residential interiors, with a strong portfolio
* Skilled in design software (e.g. AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite)
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Confident presenting to clients and engaging stakeholders
* Full, clean UK driving license and willingness to travel between London and Essex
