Project Coordinator – Capital Projects Somerset, Hybrid
As Projects Coordinator you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development of large-scale manufacturing infrastructure for battery cells manufacturing, as well as other future projects ranging from R&D to offices.
Reporting into the Project Management team, you will be a part of the Capital Projects team who are accountable for implementing the building and infrastructure programmes required to support Agratas’ ambitious plans.
Day-to-day coordination of small and large scale capital projects, including monitoring project schedules, meeting minute and milestones.
Support the management team to keep track of project expenses, report on financials, and ensure adherence to project budgets.
Work with contractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure materials and services are delivered on time and meet project specifications.
Maintain and update project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and contracts.
Manage and maintain the project document storage system, ensuring accurate organisation, version control, security, and accessibility of all project documentation
We will design, develop and manufacture high-quality, high-performance, sustainable batteries for the mobility and energy sectors. The UK business headquarters is in the Midlands and we are currently building a battery manufacturing facility in Bridgwater, Somerset.
Qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, Construction or related fields.
Experience supporting capital or construction projects, preferably in a similar industry.
Ability to manage project timeline and costs effectively.
