Job Posting Title: Marketplace Merchandising Analyst Req ID: 10132708 Job Description: Overall Purpose of the Role Provide essential administrative support for the Regional Marketplace team. Manage EMEA Distribution for Regional Marketplaces. Manage Stock controls, reporting and communication for Regional Marketplaces. This is a permanent position located at our London office in Hammersmith, requiring four days of on-site attendance per week. Areas of Responsibility Support the Regional Marketplace Ass ociate to trade each Regional Marketplace to maxim ise the opportunity and return, utilising partner optimis ation and discoverability tools. Proactively analyse and update Regional Marketplace trading reports to monitor product performance and make recommendations to take to the Regional Marketplace Manager. Effectively communicate Marketplace stock forecasts, considering allocation and promotional activity, to the Planning teams to enable Distribution to manage warehouse stock for Regional Marketplace fulfilment. Own and control Regional Marketplace allocations including Seller Central Own reporting of stock gaps to forecast using departmental forecasting tools. Work with Planning TDS Trading and Distribution teams on Regional Marketplace stock availability vs plan including influencing where appropriate. Forecast, monitor and review Market / DC splits. Awareness of departmental Flows and Hit Planning to effectively manage Regional Marketplace stocks. Work closely with DC’s and Disney DC teams on allocation forecast s providing the information. Manage lead-times into Amazon by Market and the upload of items. Support Regional Associate with control of all Amazon costs linked to Storage, Packaging and FBA. Support Regional Associate with promotional suggestions to manage aged stock. Communicate trading results to other TDS function teams including but not limited to planning, guests service, brand and image, buying and marketing. Support Regional Marketplace Ass ociate with product uploads and flat files by Market. Support with all listings optimization levers. With the Regional Marketplace Ass ociate manage departmental tools including planning files, handover files and the product tracker. With the Regional Marketplace Associate e nsure the P lanning, B uying and TDS trading teams are updated as on marketplace departmental requirements. With information acquired from the planning teams, manage departmental hit planning and distribution centre splits. Build planning / forecast files. With the Regional Marketplace Associate, manage item pricing, full price, promotions, mark-downs and pricing to win listings and control the buy box in conjunction with TDS and TDS Promotions. Support Regional Marketplace Associate with Account portals and Dashboard health. Undertake daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports of accounts and general trade communicating to wider business proactively making recommendations to drive the business. Play an active role in department meetings, run meeting minutes and departmental trackers. Run ad-hoc analysis as. Maintain departmental filing, general admin and housekeeping. Run regular checks on all selling portals including Seller Central vs internal data sources. Support Regional Marketplace Ass ociate with communication to Brand and Image, M arketing and the Guest Service teams. Work closely with counterparts in other Marketplace regions.
