Overview
We are currently recruiting for a GDC registered Dental Nurse to join a modern and forward thinking dental practice on a full time or part time permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about patient care and interested in contributing to the growth and success of a progressive practice.
Responsibilities
* Provide chairside assistance across a wide range of dental treatments
* Prepare and sterilise instruments in line with infection control standards
* Maintain high levels of cross infection control and compliance
* Support the smooth day to day running of the surgery
* Ensure accurate and timely record keeping
* Deliver a calm and reassuring experience for patients
* Support patient engagement including membership plans and retention initiatives
* Assist in improving patient satisfaction and reducing missed appointments
Requirements
* GDC registered Dental Nurse is essential
* Minimum of 2 years dental nursing experience required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Confident discussing treatment options and patient plans
* Interest in growth marketing or business development is desirable
