Would you like to work in a home where the environment that has been created for the children is exceptional?
The owner of this particular care home has created something truly special. They believe in supporting the growth of each child as a special individual, whilst going above and beyond to provide a safe and nurturing environment.
The care home currently consists of 3 children age 14-16. They are also in the process of looking at supported living for 16-25 year olds.
Due to the shifts involved you will need to either be based locally or have your own transport.
My client offers a variety of benefits which includes holidays rising each year up to 33, your birthday off and an Ofsted bonus, as well as working in a beautiful working environment.
You will need a Level 3 in childcare and previous experience of working in a similar role.
