With all food produced from one kitchen and delivered by a brigade of 16 chefs, this is a fast-paced yet quality-driven environment.
They are now looking for a confident Sous Chef to support the senior leadership team and help maintain exceptional culinary standards across all areas of the operation.

£38,000 per annum plus £3,000 to £4,000 service charge

Responsibilities as the Sous Chef
Supporting the Senior Sous Chef and Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations
Leading sections during service and ensuring dishes are delivered to specification
Supervising and developing junior members of the brigade
Maintaining high standards of presentation, flavour and consistency
Assisting with stock management, ordering and cost control
Upholding excellent hygiene and compliance standards
This role would suit a strong Sous Chef from a high-quality, Rosette-level background who thrives in a structured brigade and enjoys delivering excellence across multiple revenue streams.
