Maintenance Engineer (Workshop & Field Based)
£35,000 - £37,500 OTE up to £50k + Monday to Friday, 40hrs (7:30-3:30pm) + Weekend Rota (8-10 average in a year) + Travel Paid + Overtime + Career Progression + Industry-Leading Training + Excellent Company Benefits
Location: Nottingham - Commutable from Derby, Loughborough, and Surrounding Areas.

In this role, you will be responsible for servicing and maintaining a fleet of rail vehicles. You will be exposed to engineering challenges covering mechanics, electrics, hydraulics, and pneumatics, with full training provided. You will be supported through industry-specific qualifications to launch your career.
This role suits an engineer with NVQ (or similar) qualifications seeking a position in a stable and secure industry. Ex-Forces individuals are encouraged to apply (Army/REME/RAF/Navy etc.).
The Role:
* Reactive and planned maintenance on a fleet of rail vehicles.
* Covering mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic engineering challenges.
* Primarily site-based with occasional travel along the network rail infrastructure.
The Person:
* Hold an engineering qualification in any discipline (Level 2 or 3).
* Previous maintenance experience is highly advantageous.
* Willing to work outside in all weather conditions.
* Ex-Forces candidates are encouraged to apply and will be offered training.
