As an Occupational Health Nurse, you will provide high-quality, professional clinical services to the workforce. Key Responsibilities: * Deliver health surveillance services and manage escalations with the support of Occupational Health Technicians. * Provide professional advice, support, and guidance to employees on-site. * Assess new clients presenting to Occupational Health and evaluate their fitness to work. * Perform clinical assessments of clients presenting with minor illness and injury. * Work closely with the Senior OH Advisor to monitor, advise, and assess the clinical practice of the Occupational Health team. * Ensure clinical assessment skills are regularly updated in line with best practices.
