Head of Building Surveying – Leeds
£80,000 – £90,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £130,000+)
I have the priveliage to exclusivly represent a leading multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, is expanding its national footprint and is now seeking a dynamic Head of Building Surveying to spearhead growth in its new Leeds office.
Following continued success across their established offices in London, Manchester, Birmingham and Bristol, they have identified Leeds as a key strategic location in our national growth strategy. The Role As Head of Building Surveying – Leeds, you will:
Lead and grow the building surveying presence in the Yorkshire region
Manage and deliver a range of professional and project-based services across sectors including commercial, education, and residential
Handle project values from £1m to £4.3m
Work on professional matters such as neighbourly issues, dilapidations, and party wall
Be instrumental in business development, winning new work and leveraging your own networkWhat We’re Looking For
Several years experience as a Senior-level Building Surveyor
Strong track record of winning work and/or established client relationships that will follow over time
Commercial awareness and the drive to build and lead a regional team
Excellent knowledge across project and professional building surveying services
Open to the right candidate opening a new service lne which is currently not being exploredWhat’s On Offer
£80,000 – £90,000 basic salary
15% fee share on all revenue you bring in (realistically £30k–£40k in year one)
New client enrolment bonus
Realistic OTE of £130,000+ in your first year
