Nottinghill Genesis are looking for an Admin Coordinator based in Kingcross to provide essential administrative and project support to ensure a compliant and customer-focused service. Your responsibilities: To underpin the effective operation of the team, ensuring all processes are streamlined and efficient. Manage and streamline administrative functions, overseeing budget monitoring, managing databases, and processing invoices to support operational efficiency. Provide performance monitoring and reporting on team achievements against business targets, assisting with compliance tasks to ensure all operations meet regulatory standards. Act as a central point of coordination for the team, handling various tasks that ensure the smooth running of operations, from providing absence cover to utility and contract management. How you'll do it Provide detailed reports on scheme-specific spending and support your colleagues in addressing financial concerns. Provide support with systems, such as the management of rental charges and revenue accounts whilst ensuring all data is accurate and compliant. Ensure efficient management of utilities throughout the tenancies and during void period. Maintain strong working relationships with other departments, contractors and suppliers, to facilitate effective operations. Assist the management team to distribute work to team members and provide absence cover. Provide the management team with administrative support on projects Pay per hour is £20.84 PAYE.
