Responsibilities:
* Lead user-centred design from discovery to delivery.
* Work directly with customers, run user research & usability tests, and analyse data for insights.
* Craft wireframes, prototypes, and pixel-perfect UI for our complex B2B products.
* Collaborate with product managers & engineers to bring your vision to life.
* Continuously refine designs based on analytics, feedback, and testing.
Requirements
* UX & UI design experience for complex B2B web products.
* Experience with data visualisation and storytelling from complex data.
* Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Axure, and interactive prototyping.
* A portfolio showing beautiful, functional, user-focused designs.
* A visionary yet pragmatic approach, with sharp attention to detail.
Bonus points if you’ve designed machine learning-driven products, worked with design systems, or have a knack for microcopy.
