What you will do:
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and create tailored support plans for children and families within the Safeguarding/Long Term team.
* Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure the best outcomes for children, sharing information and insights effectively.
* Manage a caseload of complex cases, providing expertise and guidance to ensure children’s safety and wellbeing.
* Undertake regular visits and meetings with children, families, and professionals to review progress and adapt care plans as needed.
* Record and maintain accurate case notes, reports, and documentation in line with established procedures and legal frameworks.
