Job Description
Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Level 3 Practitioner to join our dynamic team. You will be a key person for a small group of children, planning engaging activities, tracking progress, and building strong relationships with families. This is a full time position, starting after October half term and lasting until the end of the academic year in the first instance.
About the Nursery:
This warm and welcoming nursery provides high-quality care and education for children aged 6 months to 5 years.
Rated "Good" by Ofsted, they follow a child-led approach within the EYFS framework, with a focus on nurturing independence, confidence, and creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver age-appropriate, stimulating activities
Observe, assess, and track children's development
Maintain accurate records using EYFS frameworks
Promote safeguarding, health, and safety standards
Build strong relationships with parents and carers
Prerequisites:
Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification (or equivalent)
Knowledge of the EYFS and child development
Strong communication skills
Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
