The Role
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Sales & Communications Assistant to help grow our client base and strengthen our online presence. This role has been created as part of the company's growth investment and is designed for someone eager to develop with a new business.
This is a zero-hour contract with flexible working, ideal for someone confident in outreach, networking, communications, social media, and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential clients in residential and commercial markets.
• Make calls, send emails, and carry out outreach to generate leads.
• Arrange and attend meetings/site visits with prospective clients.
• Promote Elevate Cleaning's services professionally and in line with our values.
• Manage and create content for the company's social media platforms to showcase services and engage potential clients.
• Provide regular progress updates to your line manager.
What We're Looking For
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and reliable.
• Confidence in networking, outreach, and social media.
• Previous sales, communications, or marketing experience is a plus (not essential).
Pay & Benefits
• Hourly rate: £12.41 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).
• Commission: 10% of the first invoice from any client secured.
• Flexible hours (no minimum guaranteed).
