 
        Position: Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager Location: London, Hybrid Work Environment Salary: £750-950 per day, outside IR35, 12-month contract Hunter Executive Search & Selection is currently looking for a Senior Project Manager / Programme Manager to lead a significant enterprise systems upgrade for a large healthcare and life insurance provider in the UK, with over 500,000 members and approximately 1,200 employees and agents working throughout the UK. The business is based in Central London, with additional offices in the North of England and the South Coast. This project involves implementing new systems and business processes at both head office and throughout the entire organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a series of interconnected projects aimed at upgrading systems and bringing IT support back in-house. This role requires extensive engagement with stakeholders and executive-level management. Key Responsibilities: - Drive the delivery of a major systems upgrade for a healthcare and life insurance business. - Introduce new systems and related business processes - Execute the 'digital enablement' strategy for the business, including the provision of virtualised private GP services. - Engage with stakeholders and executives company-wide - Travel occasionally to locations in the UK and Europe to oversee projects Requirements: - Certified as a Project Manager or Programme Manager to PRINCE2, Agile or MSP standards - Experience as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in implementing systems, including Helpdesk, membership systems, claims management systems, finance systems, and HR systems. Ideally, experience with integrated enterprise systems - Proven track record in recruiting and managing project and programme teams - Ability to establish a Project Management Office (PMO) and recruit business analysts - Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Hunter Executive is serving as the recruitment consultancy for this contract opportunity.
