We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £29,094 per annum and 33 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays). What you’ll do on a typical day:
Leading Health & Safety within your department to always keep yourself and others safe
* Be able to embrace change and adapt to a rapidly changing fast-paced environment
* Focusing on the required standards of performance and meet customer and operational demands
* Making operational decisions and updating the senior teams
* Conducting performance, welfare, absence and investigation meetings
What you need to succeed at GXO:
Proven experience in managing a team withing a fast-paced warehouse environment
* Proven experience in performance management
* Strong communications skills – both written and verbal
* Experience with Microsoft Office applications
