Spire Hartswood Hospital is looking to recruit a Healthcare Assistant for their Endoscopy department on a bank basis, working ad hoc shifts.

Duties and responsibilities
1. To assist the multi-disciplinary team to provide exemplary care in an endoscopy unit to facilitate effective endoscopy processes.
2. Prepare the appropriate equipment prior to the start of a list, which may include wheelchairs, trolleys, endoscopy accessories and undertaking the appropriate checks to ensure the equipment is clean and used safely.
3. Assist the Endoscopy team in ensuring correct equipment and accessories are stocked in procedure rooms at the beginning of the list
4. You will be responsible for reprocessing, sterilising endoscopes

5. Experience of working as an HCA, based in a clinical environment.
