Our clinic based in Hook seeks an enthusiastic and confident Practice Manager to join the team!
Role Overview
As our Practice Manager, you’ll play a vital role in both the operational and business aspects of the practice, ensuring exceptional client and patient care. Supported by our Clinical Director and Deputy Clinical Director, your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and supporting the practice team to foster a positive and motivated work environment.
2. Handling HR responsibilities, including payroll, recruitment, staff development, and absence management.
3. Managing debt recovery processes and addressing client complaints professionally.
4. Ensuring high safety compliance and supporting the team with protocols and risk assessments.

Hook Vets is a thriving practice that has expanded over the last 2 years with exciting future plans. Located in Hampshire with excellent road and rail links, including proximity to the M3 and Hook station, our practice boasts a loyal client base, with over 70% enrolled in our pet health club.
Our facilities include digital x-ray, dental x-ray, Esaote MyLabX7 ultrasound, K-Laser, and in-house IDEXX lab. We are planning to move to a new purpose-built building soon.
