This position is critical for enabling What you'll do: • Lead deep target customer insight generation to define product positioning and core value proposition. • Support customer research across markets (UK and EU), including Online/offline survey, focus group research to generate and adjust target customer profile • End-to-End Product Launch Management, incl. Pre-Launch to Post-Launch • Lead product launch preparation, incl. Product specification confirmation, product ordering processing on App/Homepage website, OTD alignment Support new product GTM planning for the European market, aligning with global product launch cadence. • Leverage cultural insights, to facilitating communication and operations between a LTIL UK and LCE Europe and their Chinese counterparts.
