NSS Maintenance has seen huge growth over the last 12 months, both in revenue and resource. To support the business in the next stage of our expansion plans were looking for forward thinking, hardworking individuals to join our helpdesk, managing some of our key clients’ accounts.
Responsibilities of the role:
4. Accepting and processing work orders
5. Building strong working relationships with a small number of nationwide clients and managing their workloads/enquiries
6. Scheduling of reactive jobs
7. Providing support to operatives
8. Producing RAMS

Requirements required:
19. A proven track record working in a similar role, ideally within the construction and/or building industry
20. Strong PC skills and ability to pick up new systems
21. Excellent attention to detail
22. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
23. The ability to prioritise tasks and workload
