THE OPPORTUNITY
Advising on a broad range of pensions matters including advisory, regulatory and transactional work. Supporting trustee and employer clients on day-to-day pensions issues, scheme governance and legislative developments. Involvement in pensions aspects of corporate transactions, restructurings and large-scale projects. Advising on scheme documentation, liability management exercises and risk transfer matters. Exposure to high-profile clients across a range of sectors including financial services, infrastructure, retail and public sector organisations. Working closely with colleagues across corporate, employment, finance and dispute resolution teams on multi-disciplinary matters. Building strong client relationships and taking an active role in business development initiatives. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Qualified solicitor with 4-8 years’ PQE in pensions law. Strong technical understanding of pensions advisory and regulatory matters. Experience gained within a recognised regional, national or international law firm. Exposure to transactional pensions support would be advantageous. Technically strong with excellent drafting and analytical skills. Confident communicator, capable of building trusted relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Organised, proactive and comfortable managing complex matters within a fast-paced environment. An ambitious lawyer keen to develop within a highly respected pensions practice. WHAT’S ON OFFER
