About the Role As Forecasting and Planning Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind accurate volume forecasting and planning for the Evri Premium network. You’ll transform data into strategies that keep our operations running smoothly, anticipate challenges, and deliver cost-effective solutions. Leading a growing team in a 24/7 operation, you’ll design tools, processes, and metrics that set new standards for efficiency and service excellence. This role is pivotal in shaping our future – and yours. Responsibilities Lead and manage forecasting and planning for the Evri Premium network, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Develop and implement tools, models, and processes to improve forecasting and operational KPIs. Collaborate with key stakeholders across Commercial, Finance, Hubs, Depots, and Delivery teams. Analyse trends and data to predict volume fluctuations and plan for peak periods and special events. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimise cost savings and service performance. Interested? Here’s What You’ll Need to Be Successful Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (modelling essential; VBA desirable) and strong data analysis capabilities. Proven experience in forecasting, planning, and process improvement within a multi-site operation. Ability to design analytical tools and interpret complex data sets to influence senior stakeholders. Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Knowledge of transport planning systems and parcel delivery processes (preferred).
