Our F45 family is looking to grow our management team. As a Studio Manager, you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team at this studio. The role includes leading sales strategies to increase fitness membership sales and promote health and wellness benefits. The Studio Manager acts as a mentor, brand ambassador, and proven leader.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create, manage, and exceed all sales and operational budgets.
2. Drive studio-specific KPIs to increase revenue and profit margins.
3. Ensure adherence to front desk systems and studio practices, including member check-in, inquiries, payments, delinquent accounts, and customer care.
4. Maintain consistent sales efforts and grassroots marketing plans, including outreach and strategic partnerships via social media, local businesses, community events, and charities.
5. Grow active memberships and oversee lead management and sales processes.
6. Increase conversion rates and achieve client retention goals.
7. Implement client referral programs.
8. Coach 10-15 classes weekly based on studio needs.
9. Recruit, hire, train, and onboard staff.
10. Maintain cleanliness, appearance, and organization of the studio and inventory.
11. Demonstrate professionalism and positive attitude towards clients and staff.
12. Ensure studio branding aligns with company guidelines and values.
13. Participate in at least two training sessions weekly to stay knowledgeable about our programs.
14. Manage daily operations and overall studio performance.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Personal Training Certification from a recognized organization (Group Fitness certifications not accepted).
3. CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
4. At least 2 years of proven sales leadership in the health & fitness industry.
5. At least 2 years of training experience in the health & fitness industry.
6. Management experience overseeing staff management, hiring, training, supporting, disciplining, and terminating.
7. Outstanding customer service, communication, organizational, and written skills.
8. Strong leadership and management skills to foster a positive environment.
9. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
10. Highly organized with prioritization skills.
11. Proficiency in MS Office, MindBody Online, GloFox, and social media platforms.

Compensation: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
