What’s Involved?
9. Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chefs in the daily operation of the main kitchen
10. Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to the highest standards
11. Running a designated section during service and ensuring smooth operation
12. Maintaining consistency in presentation, flavour, and technique
13. Assisting with the development of seasonal menus and daily specials
14. Ensuring all dishes meet the required quality, portion, and timing standards
15. Assisting with stock control, ordering, and minimising waste
16. Supporting the training and development of junior kitchen team members
17. Following strict food hygiene, allergen, and health & safety procedures
What We’re Looking For
18. Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end kitchen
19. Rosette and/or Michelin experience is highly desirable
20. Background in luxury hotels or fine dining restaurants preferred
21. Strong cooking skills with excellent attention to detail
22. A professional, reliable, and motivated team player with ambition to progress
